The Yale GIS community has shown an innovative application of geographic information system (GIS) technology in analysis, visualization, gaining insights into geospatial data, and decision-making in many fields ranging from science and social science to medicine. This November, Yale University will join hundreds of organizations worldwide to host a virtual gathering that will ignite the imagination of future innovators who will further advance global progress using GIS.
